Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order status you wish to view.

Q: What will I pay for shipping?
A: If you live in the US, shipping is 100% FREE no matter what you buy.  Most single-item purchases will be sent via USPS first class mail and may or may not include tracking, at our discretion.  Packages weighing over 10 to 13 ounces will be sent via USPS media mail and may or may not include tracking, at our discretion.  Priority mail and other options are available for purchase.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A:  Yes!  We have a lot of experience shipping all over the world.

If you live in Canada or Mexico, shipping is $3 for the first item plus $1 for each additional item for USPS first class international mail with no insurance and no tracking.  Other options are available.  We do not use registered mail.  Sorry, we cannot mark it as a "gift" on the customs form.  Please be aware, shipping time may take several weeks. 

If you live anywhere else in the world, shipping is $5 for the first item plus $2 for each additional item.  Sorry, we cannot mark it as a "gift" on the customs form.  Please be aware, if you live in Russia, Brazil, Italy, China, or Spain, delivery may take up to 5 to 12 weeks to arrive.

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.  Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Frequently Asked Shipping Questions

  • Q:  How long before you ship my order?  When will I receive it?

    A:  We ship a minimum of 3 to 5 times per week using the US Postal Service (every day during holiday season.)  Some items ship from here in Florida, and some ship from California.  Delivery time varies depending on how far you live from Florida or California. 

  • Q:  Do you ship to my country?

    A:  We welcome and appreciate bidders from all over the world!  About half our shipments are sent outside the US, so we have plenty of experience in this area.

  • Q:  Can you mark my international package as a "gift" on the customs form?

    A:  Our post office does not allow us to mark "gift" on the customs form.  They know we are sending merchandise which has been purchased.

  • Q:  Do you ship with tracking and insurance?

    A:  To keep our shipping rates low for you, we generally do not ship with tracking or insurance.  We are glad to add these to your order if you would like to pay for them.

  • Q:  What if my order gets lost in the mail?

    A:  In our experience, this is a rare event.  If something is slow to arrive, it is often returned to us, or held up at customs or in the postal system.  Most things eventually turn up!  If not, send us an email and we will see what we can do.  If you have purchased tracking and/or insurance, you are guaranteed a refund or replacement.

  • Q:  Can you ship my order in a box?  I've had CD's arrive with broken cases from other sites.

    A:  We ship most orders in standard bubble mailers, again to keep your shipping costs down.  They are very reliable.  Larger orders (10 cd's or more) may be shipped in boxes at our discretion.  If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us before buying. 

  • Q:  My question wasn't answered here!
